Casement Windows

Casement windows open from the side, unlike an awning window which is hinged at the top. Commonly opening to the outside casement windows can be operated by hand through the use of a winder.
The ability to open units to a 90 degree angle this allows for maximum ventilation and ease of cleaning, as both sides of the glass are accessible from the inside.
Casement windows also offer a higher level of security as multiple locking points can be inserted giving the perimeter of the window added strength and a better seal.
